Welcome to Espacio 280 – a beautiful & chic event space built in the early 19th century and located right in the heart of central Barcelona. Espacio 280 features 150M2 of flexible space, allowing a variety of intimate events such as business meetings and workshops, product launches, photography sessions, culinary experiences, wine tastings and much more. Elevated above Plaça Molina, Espacio Balmes is a bright and airy space with daylight streaming in from all sides. The space is a blend of luxury and modern chic with plank oak floors, floor to ceiling windows and comfortable, contemporary furnishings.

Amenities include a large table to use for conferences or dining, fully equipped kitchen, Fiber-Optic WiFi, a 70" television for presentations, central air conditioning/heating, a lounge area with a 3-seater sofa and additional easy-chairs. You also have access to a private terrace.
