Espacio 280 is located in central Barcelona in the heart of San Gervasi. We pride ourselves in providing a unique and modern space that offers you a blank slate to create your own unique small event. We offer amenities such as modern and comfortable furnishings, audiovisual equipment, catering options, and more.

 

Espacio 280 is comprised of two main spaces: Sala Balmes and Sala Miranda. The space also boasts a large private terrace. Both spaces offer large tables to be used for meetings or dining, televisions for presentations, central air and heat, high speed fiber-optic WiFi and many more amenities.

If you require assistance with catering, we can provide a variety of menus and packages to accommodate your needs. 

​

Espacio 280 also offers unique events for travelers visiting Barcelona, as well as local residents. Some of these events include private lunches and dinners in collaboration with The Barcelona Culinary Club, wine tastings, pop-up market days and art workshops.

  • Two private meeting rooms with a conference table in each for meetings or private lunches/dinners, open kitchen, lounge area with large sofa and easy chairs and private outdoor terrace

  • Half-day (Up to 4 hours), Full-day (Up to 8 hours) available. Events over 8 hours are charged an additional per hour rate.

  • Capacity for up to 26 guests seated or standing 

  • Fiber Optic High Speed WiFi and in-table electrical outlets

  • 70" and 50" televisions for audio/visual presentations

  • Optional Espacio 280 catering available

SALA BALMES

For meetings, Sala Balmes comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in a U-shaped seating arrangement or up to 14 around the table.

For catering or private dining, Sala Balmes comfortably accommodates up to 14 people seated or standing.

SALA MIRANDA

For meetings, Sala Miranda comfortably accommodates up to 11 people in a U-shaped seating arrangement or up to 12 around the table.

For catering or private dining, Sala Miranda comfortably accommodates up to 12 people seated or standing.
