& HISTORICAL HOME TOUR
Are you ready for tapas and wine?! We invite you to our home to share in a bit of Spanish "pica pica" - otherwise known as a bunch of little bites to share and enjoy. You’ll enjoy a variety of tapas, all inspired by our family recipes! And to wash it all down with, we'll have a variety of Spanish wines and cavas you can try, along with soft drinks and water, too.

Before dinner we'll give you a tour of our home built in the early 1900'S and show you the cool architectural features and also share stories such as how Margarita's grandparents' restaurant helped Salvador Dali with one of his most interesting works of art.

& HISTORIC HOME TOUR
Welcome to our space and our dining experience - A Taste of Catalunya and Historical Home Tour. Josep Pla, a famous Catalan writer, said that the only cuisine worth preserving is "la nostra vella cucina de la família", which in Catalan means “traditional family cooking”. At Espacio 280, we understand the importance of keeping our roots strong by opening our doors and kitchen to share our family recipes with you and also invite guests to tour our home which is an incredible example of 19th century Catalan architecture.
Before the meal, we'll give you a tour of our home built in the late 1800's and show you the cool architectural features. We'll also share stories such as how Margarita's grandparents' restaurant helped Salvador Dali with one of his most interesting works of art and you'll get to see the gift he gave them in return.
Now that you’ve seen our space, are you ready to try some fantastic traditional Catalan dishes? We offer the option of a 3 or 4 course menu which highlights some of the most beloved Viarnés family recipes all paired with local wines and cava. Our menu changes monthly, and here are some examples of the dishes you’ll enjoy:

Baby fava bean salad with tomatoes, sauteed spring onions and acorn-fed Iberian ham served with Dijon vinaigrette (served with local goat cheese for vegetarian guests)
