WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF ESPACIO 280?

 

  • Espacio 280 Entero with terrace: 26 standing seated - 170m2 in total

    • Sala Balmes: Up to 14 seated or standing

    • Sala Miranda: Up to 12 seated or standing

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?
 

The following amenities are included or are available:
 

  • Two separate private meeting or dining rooms with 2 conference tables, open kitchen and lounge area and private outdoor terrace

  • Half-day (Up to 4 hours), Full-day (Up to 8 hours) Packages available. Events over 8 hours are charged an additional per hour rate.

  • Capacity for up to 26 guests seated or standing 

  • Three person sofa and easy chairs provided for additional seating 

  • Fiber Optic High Speed WiFi and in-table electrical outlets

  • 70" television in Sala Balmes and 50" television in Sala Miranda for audio/visual presentation

  • Optional Espacio 280 catering or private chef services available

  • Optional waitstaff services available

  • Central air conditioning and heating

  • Restroom facilities

  • Elevator

  • Wheelchair Accessible

WHAT IS THE COST TO RENT THE SPACE?
 

Since each event is very particular, we ask that you submit more information about your desired event and one of our staff will contact you to provide a quote.

DO YOU HAVE AN HOURLY MINIMUM FOR RENTING SPACE ?


Yes, we have a minimum rental of a half-day which is up to 4 hours.

ARE WE REQUIRED TO USE ESPACIO 280 VENDORS FOR CATERING OR CAN WE USE OUR OWN?


For our business meeting continental breakfasts and boxed/buffet lunches, catering is provided by our preferred partners. ESPACIO 280 offers the services of our personal chef for your private dinners, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, etc.

DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT ?

Yes. We have a full state-of-the-art air handling system including air conditioning and heat. We also have an outdoor terrace for those that would like a breath of fresh air during their event.

WHO CAN I TALK TO FOR VENUE NEEDS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?


An on-site representative is included with your rental.  He/she will be present for the duration of your event to address any special needs.

HOW DO I GET TO ESPACIO 280?

​

If you are driving, there are a few garages within a 5 minute walk. If you are taking public transport, the space is 1 minute walk away from the Plaza Molina and San Gervasi metro lines. If you are coming by bus, the V15 and D40 are within a 3 minute walk from Espacio 280. For those that wish to come by taxi, there is a taxi stand within a 2 min walk from the venue.
